We are now seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team
9:00am to 5:30pm Salary £ 22,913.28
Key Roles / Responsibilities
- Acquire potential sales leads through CRM / web research and resources readily made available by the Company to assist in this process
- Conduct an absolute minimum of 40 cold calls per day.
- Obtain at least 8 quality appointments per week for the regional area field sales representative
- Maintain an excellent relationship with existing customers through routine service calls
- Preparation of sales administration reports.
- KPI Production to assist Depot Manager
- Responsibility for investigating and overseeing claims process for the Gateshead depot
- Completion of office quotations from incoming calls and emails
Qualifications / education required:
Previous proven telesales experience essential claims experince would also be beneficial
Particular aptitude / skills required:
The ideal individual will be: self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and be effective
with minimum supervision, be a team player, confident, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication, planning, IT and organisational skills.
